I have a Trailmaster 200 ex ultra we bought for my daughter. It’s really hard to turn the steering wheel and there is movement forward and back as the steering wheel turns. Also, the adjustable steering wheel doesn’t adjust, even with the hand screw all the way loosened it feels frozen. Our dash was damaged in shipping as you mentioned is a common problem. Maybe that didn’t just damage the dash and we need to replace the steering wheel assembly? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Are these being dropped shipped from China? So no local QA on the products?

No, not from China. The warehouse is in Dallas, Texas. They drop ship from there to the lower 48states. We stock parts here in our warehouse in South Dakota. All tech support comes from our local techs here who have 15+ years with Trailmaster and 40+ years go kart experience
