Thankfully these karts have lots of safety features! The seatbelts held them in their seats and the roll caged stopper them from getting squashed.

Great video! We just ate through our belt on a mid xrx machine. The belt i pulled out of it had 669 stamped on the side. Whenever i look for replacement parts, searches will recommend a 725. What's the difference and can a 725 be used or do we need to stick with the 669? Thanks!
That number is the length of the belt in millimeters. Some of the hammerhead machines take that 725, and some other karts of a similar size use it as well. The 669 is for Trailmaster Mid karts WITHOUT reverse. The reverse models take the 788. You can find both options on our website, as well as a made in the USA performance belt. Can you push the seat further front on the 200 xrx??
Just about the shortest person that can easily drive the 200 xrx is about 5’0”. Our 12 year old can just barely reach to drive it. About 5’2” is a good height to be comfortable driving and not have to stretch out to reach. We have seen customers fabricate custom seat frame to make the seat go closer than that!

How fast is the 4 seater? Does it seem underpowered with you and your wife in it? Really wanna get one of these to go riding with my wife and son.
@@MudMonsterRacing4 we were pleasantly surprised that it had plenty of power. It had no problem going well over 30mph and quite frankly, that’s too fast for trail riding (at least the types of trails we are used to).
No matter what, I can not get the app to find the transceiver. The app has all permissions enabled, the transceiver has power. What am I missing here?
Sometimes the permissions have weird wording and it appears to be granted but it’s not. Specifically the permission to use the “phone” or “device”. Otherwise, try deleting the app and reinstall it. You can email us for a pdf manual if you don’t have a copy.
I un-installed, reinstalled, and it worked! I adjusted the idle up a little bit and changed it to sport power mode with a clean filter, and wow! Breathed new life into this machine. Thanks!

I survived! 🤣 this time, anyway.
I recently bought one of these and I'm currently having a bit of trouble with it. Maybe someone could shine a better light on my situation. Somehow I was able to shift the motor enough that a bolt on the backside got stuck on the frame. As a result, the water hose was pinched off and the kart overheated. A couple times. Eventually I realized it was running abnormally hot, but the damage seems to be already done. Now I'm getting misfires and rough idle. What concerns me the most is that a time or two before my discovery, I would get the kart up to speed but even after releasing the accelerator pedal, my speed never dropped. In fact, one time I let go and it felt like a ghost had pushed it back in and I just sped back up. I literally had to reach forward and pull back the gas pedal for the kart to slow down. I did have to replace the throttle cable after it had snapped from the motor dislodging itself. Maybe I didn't install it correctly? I will eventually bite the bullet and take it to a shop, but I wanted to ask a couple professionals first to maybe help me better understand what happened or perhaps guide me to the area specifically to focus on. Any help would be appreciated. I am still trying to financially recover from having bought the kart in the first place. So anything I can potentially do on my own would be beneficial.

What’s a reliable go kart/ buggy that you would recommend for adults ?
It depends on your needs, but generally speaking, any of the Trailmaster 200 or 300 karts would be an excellent choice. You can see the different models on GoKartMasters.com
I have a trailmaster mini xrx(basically the same as the mid and it looks like the same engine) I had an issue with mine always dying when you close the choke when running it. I always had to open the choke to keep it running. I was told to clean the carb w hich I did from looking at another video on the carbs. Now I put it all back together based on your video here and I can't even get it to start. I have the fuel lines open and everything but it almost seems like it's not getting fuel, there is no clogs in the line it flows just fine. Any suggestions or could it be something else?
Check your fuel filter and the tank valve filter. There is a mesh screen in the tank valve that can get clogged. If that doesn’t resolve it, You need to create some pressure inside the fuel tank to push some fuel through the line. Take the fuel cap off and wrap a hand around the opening, making a smaller opening with your fingers and thumb . Put your mouth on top of your hand and blow. You could also do this with a leaf blower or air compressor. It takes just a little bit of pressure to force the fuel through.
@TrailmasterGoKartsGKM would I still need to do that if fuel is coming out the fuel hose that goes into the carb?carbon? Just running out from the gravity feed?
@@brianlb78 if you’ve got fuel going into the carburetor and you’re having running issues, check you choke cable to make sure it’s adjusted correctly. Otherwise you’ve got something clogging your carburetor jets or stuck in the valve.
I have the exact same mini bike did you take the governor off of that one because I'm trying to figure out how to take off the governor off of mine so do you have any tips on videos I can watch😊😊
You can adjust your governor by tightening or loosening the screw on your throttle plate. We don’t offer instructions on removing the governor due to safety concerns.
