    I have the 300xrs-4 (4 seater) and love mine. We have taken it to Wisconsin and rode the cheese trail and all the county roads you are allowed to ride on. We are a family of 4 and total weight of around 450lb. This thing will cruze at 40-45 mph all day. 50mph screaming down hill. I have add a windshield made of acrylic and a bazooka led sound bar and a super bright led light bar. We just passed 1,300 miles and still runs like new. Only things I've had to replace (fix) are the rear fender mounts tend to snap. Easy fix with a welder. Getting ready to put a new clutch and belt on next just due to the age of the cart. Thinking of going with the Dr. Pully clutch. Also the front tires wear the insides pretty fast. I bought it new and it came in a box and I assembled it myself. Used lock tight on every bolt. It is impressive for what it is.

      Also if I fill the gas tank up completely full it will want to stall and die. It needs room to breath in the tank.

      Thanks for this. It is super helpful to her reviews and results from people that aren’t biased. We give our honest opinion, but we are a dealer so it’s good to hear from someone else that loves this kart!

    Could you do a tutorial on how you got rid of the air suck in your coolant because I just got mine and I want to do some preventative maintenance and try to get rid of the air so mine won’t overheat

    I have this cart and love it. Thing is, I can't find anyone showing maintenance on this cart. This cart is different then then the other trailmasters carts in terms of how all the components are laid out. I know I need to replace the torque belt on mine but I can't find any videos going over it with this model.

    we ride the Ocala National Forest where there's sugar sand, how do you think it would perform in sugar sand?

    • @GoKartMastersAcademy
      @GoKartMastersAcademy  9 месяцев назад

      I think it would perform well if you could find paddle tires for it because it’s a fairly light machine and has plenty of power. The stock tires certainly wouldn’t handle the sand.

    thaanks for the help.. has anybody ever extended the pedals to allow for more leg room?

    • @GoKartMastersAcademy
      @GoKartMastersAcademy  7 месяцев назад +1

      Not that I know of. I’ve seen people use pedal extenders for shorter legs, but never to make more room for longer legs.

    I recently bought one of these and I'm currently having a bit of trouble with it. Maybe someone could shine a better light on my situation.
    Somehow I was able to shift the motor enough that a bolt on the backside got stuck on the frame. As a result, the water hose was pinched off and the kart overheated. A couple times. Eventually I realized it was running abnormally hot, but the damage seems to be already done. Now I'm getting misfires and rough idle.
    What concerns me the most is that a time or two before my discovery, I would get the kart up to speed but even after releasing the accelerator pedal, my speed never dropped. In fact, one time I let go and it felt like a ghost had pushed it back in and I just sped back up. I literally had to reach forward and pull back the gas pedal for the kart to slow down.
    I did have to replace the throttle cable after it had snapped from the motor dislodging itself. Maybe I didn't install it correctly? I will eventually bite the bullet and take it to a shop, but I wanted to ask a couple professionals first to maybe help me better understand what happened or perhaps guide me to the area specifically to focus on.
    Any help would be appreciated. I am still trying to financially recover from having bought the kart in the first place. So anything I can potentially do on my own would be beneficial.

    Best adult 2 seater overall ?

    • @GoKartMastersAcademy
      @GoKartMastersAcademy  8 месяцев назад +1

      Depends on what you’re looking for. Each model has something special and is top quality. The 200 kart is great adult kart and comes in an XRS base model or an XRX upgraded model with mostly cosmetic differences. For more power you can move up to the 300 XRS. For the ultimate off road go kart, you can go with the 300 XRX which has independent rear suspension, liquid cooled engine and more. If you have any specific questions you can check GoKartMasters.com or give us a call sometime

    hi i just got a used 2021 tiking 4 seater go kart with the long shaft gy6. it has a 3 wires coming out of it about a inch from the shifter rod location on the passenger (right) looking from the rear. it is 3 wires yellow, green/red stripe and purple wires going to a 3 way female plug. it wasnt plugged into anything when i got it just wondering where it goes i cant find any place for it? i`m thinking a indicator for where the tranny is? on those models equipped with that..?? anybody know where that goes? thanks

    • @GoKartMastersAcademy
      @GoKartMastersAcademy  8 месяцев назад +1

      It probably doesn’t go to anything on your kart. All of the GY6 engines have those wires- but all machines don’t necessarily use them. The wires are typically used for things when the gy6 engines is on a Scooter. In fact, on most of our Trailmaster go karts, those wires are cut off because they’re unnecessary. I’m not well versed in Your specific kart but I’m assuming the wires are not important.

      After taking the ground off and cleaning it and putting a star washer between it and bolt still no spark then taking the voltage regulator off and sanding down to metal and using dielectric grease and star washers to bolt it back down it cranks and runs fine. wasted money on part-fixing but hey at least i have spare parts..like everybody told me grounding sucks on these things if you have any Chinese stuff take anything that is grounded and sand it to metal being a old radio guy i go that extra mile and use star washers to bite down good..

      Hi! Maybe we can help. First a few questions. Which model do you have? There are different 2 seaters with EFI. Next, where did you purchase your kart? This could affect your warranty so we want to see if we can help.
