This is a non-cost tip: I found that t-shirt yarn was too stretchy for my bag so macrame[cotton] yarn would be better - unless you WANT a stretchy bag.
hello did u have any tutorial that includes hos to connect to new rope when the rope before is finished? is it just the same way as how to connect a smaller yarn that uses 4mm hook?

Thank you! If you want it wider, just add on your starting chain and follow the increase on both ends as seen in the tutorial. If you want a deeper bag, just add more rounds. Hope this helps 😊
@@brittanykamalie1075 its okay! You can honestly just pinch the left and right edge of your bag and decide where to put your straps so that they’ll look equal on both sides. Hope this helps ☺️

Try to make the straps using foundation single crochet. You can check it out in the video after this. Just make it longer ☺️

The cord you are using looks larger than 3 mm. I was using a 3 cord and the base was turning out a lot smaller.
