Hey Brandon. Thank you so much for the video. It was extremely informative and insightful! I just got a new 5th Gen iPad Pro and had to get the Logitech Folio with Trackpad. I’m loving it! I can now ditch my old Windows based Dell. One question is, the function keys. Of course I can figure out a few, obvious, but any help on that would be great!
One downside that I’m disappointed by with this new version…no flap with magnet at the top to protect the Apple Pencil. Oh well. I have a carry case coming with sleeves for your charges, chords, earbuds and pencil. Thanks again!

Hey Brandon, great video, thanks. When I read a book on my ipad, and the keyboard is folded up in the back, sometimes the ipad switches off and back on. What am I supposed to do to avoid it?
Sometimes charging the ipad isn't succesfull if I don't remove the keyboard. Could you tell me why?
The other thing is that I's like to use Hungarian characters as well, how do I switch between keyboard of various laungaes?

Hi again let me redo this, i love this key board, i just need to key watching your video and learn more about it. I just need to learn on how to unlock true key board when i locks up. Thank you for your video.
Once I adjusted the backlighting it stopped automatically changing brightness and I don’t know how turn it on again since there is no option for automatic, and mine is updated.
I may have missed it, but is it possible to enable tap to click or do you need to physically push down on the track pad?
Yes it’s in the setting you have to turn it on

Just came across this video. My mouse pad is backwards! When I use two fingers to scroll through my apps, they move in the OPPOSITE direction I’m moving my fingers. What am I doing wrong?
WEIGHT ..... I weighed them both, 11’ Pro with Magic Keyboard is 2.34 lbs and with Folio Touch 2.53 lbs so you’re talking roughly a 1/4 lbs. difference/ big freakin deal

Your video was great and very informative, thank you for that!
Go to Settings > General > Trackpad, and turn on Tap to Click. It took me awhile to find but its a feature that you have to turn on yourself.

Can anyone know why the symbols like @ + doesn’t work for instance the @ it’s supposed to be on the number 2 you press shift and the number 2 but it gives you the “ symbol
Instead the @ how can you solve that problems because every single one it’s wrong position

And also, we agree on this: Logitech folio touch > Magic keyboard in EVERY way. It straight up has those function keys, apple’s doesn’t.

How do you copy and paste using the trackpad?
I found out that when you press cmd key and either X(cut), C(copy), V(paste) on the keyboard, it will act like the ctrl key on Windows.
How do you use ESC feature on this keyboard? Like how do I get out of the full screen from the RUclips videos?? Also, how do I go back on RUclips searches, or from web searches?? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey I got the same keyboard for the 12.9 inch I pad pro, and it's amazing. But one issue I have is that I have to hold down the shift button in order to make the space when typing. Hot can I fix that? Please help
Hello. I have a 9 yr old son who uses the iPad the most and we have this folio touch.
He plays roblox a lot and would get frustrated while playing because he would always accidentally hit a key or something that would freeze or kick him out of roblox. Anyways…I think he locked it or something that now we can’t get it to work.

Just received a new iPad Air 4 today and I've been investigating cases and I decided I wanted a keyboard case. Watched and read a lot of reviews and 10 minutes after Amazon dropped it off, I drove down to Best Buy to pick up this case. Your review put it over the top for me and everything you said was true. I was a little hesitant to drop another $160 on a case but it is just as solid, just as sturdy as you claim. - The one feature I didn't see addressed, I was worried that folding the keyboard all the way back when I don't need a keyboard in front of me, I was afraid I was going to be randomly hitting keys and trackpad and making all sorts of screwy gestures. However, when folded back, the keyboard disables itself. Its a little strange touching buttons on the back when holding it but its no issue in performance. - I thank you for your video!

Is anyone having a nightmare with this product. The zooming in and out randomly is annoying. Every single time you swipe one side on the trackpad itself keeps causing this. If anyone has a solution to this let me know. The Logitech software is always the same when was even the lasted updated?
Not a very helpful video. I still don’t know how to reply to an email or how to charge the keyboard.
I bought this while with a friend and naturally I opened it and put my ipad into it, but when I put it on my lap with the keyboard out it wouldn't sit up. that was the only problem I could see with this keyboard, but seeing right away makes it seems a little more of a big deal. but other than that, I love this keyboard and use for work everyday.

Hi Brandon, thank you for the clear video. Just started with the keyboard. Question: quite often when I’m in the upper or lower area of the screen, suddenly the image enlarges and the ‘buttons’ almost dissapear (the arrows, maps etc). Cannot find this described anywhere so, let’s ask Brandon ;). Because right now the only way to solve it is to remove the page alltogether and open it anew. Not the most elegant way to do it :)

How to know your caps lock is on or off?
I have this slight issue, when I switch from using the keyboard and back to the touchscreen (folding the keyboard back), the cursor won’t disappear? No matter what I do it won’t go away, I tried opening and closing the iPad but it still wouldn’t go away. The only fix I found was to remove the iPad itself from the case then reconnect it. I have no clue if I’m using it wrong or it’s the case itself. Anyone have fixes?

Great video. I just bought this for my IPad 12.9 inch 5th gen. It’s my first tablet ever and also I was lucky and the keyboard and iPad came on the same day, today. I didn’t know any of these gestures or ever had any experience with the Magic Keyboard. I have one question, if I’m not gonna be touching the tablet that much and I don’t use the Apple Pencil, do I need a screen protector? I was going to get the Spigen one if I did

I’ve gotten this keyboard and not the magic and bo regrets at all. So much better and cheaper too
Just received my logitech folio touch today and can't believe that there is a design flaw with the usb c port access.
Usb c port on folio touch has compatibility issues with it's case and finding many usb c connections can't fit/connect properly such as the kanex usb c multimedia hub.
Only have it working with my apple usb c power cable. I really expect if you have a usb c port access on a case or any other port that it should work universally. Now looking for a usb c extender that will definitely work with the logitech folio touch and don't want to have to experiment buy and find same issue again. If anyone could recommend a usb c connector / extension that will work on the folio touch?
U are right I have not Used my usb c port other than to charge it until right now and I can’t put my flash drive or nothing in it without using an extender piece and I don’t like that at all

HI I have this key board and i absolutely hate it! I think If i could learn it, then I would be able to enjoy it. One problem i have with it, is sometimes i hit the wrong key and my key board locks up. What key do i use to get it to type again. Frustrating!!! Thank you.

I have to click and hold the TouchePad with one finger and can scroll with the other finger. I want to scroll with both finger up and down. Can you help me with this?

Got mine. When I go to keyboard hardware I don't see any control for keyboard brightness. Also, the keyboard backlight ain't working. Already downloaded the logitech app, and it says up to date.
Nvr mind. I had to update my IPAD! Thought I had to update the logitech app. Backlight works now.
