STREET LIFE - TRIBUTE TO RANDY CRAWFORD

"Street Life" is a song by American jazz band The Crusaders. It was released in 1979 by MCA Records as a single from the album of the same name. The lead vocals were performed by one of my favourite vocalists - Randy Crawford.
The song was a hit in both the US and Europe. The song was featured in the movie Jackie Brown.
This is my version recorded in my humble home studio. Hard to emulate Randy's voice ... love it. This might be considered a smooth jazz version.
Instruments used:
Nord Electro 3, Akai EWI 4000S with Patchman turbo chip, Roland Handsonic drums, Selmer Mark VI tenor sax.
