    Are high power lines bigger (taller) than low power

      Yes, high power means greater magnification. You zoom in further.

      @@DBiologyClassroom sorry I meant the taller lenses all the three power lenses are different in height right? ..so lenses with high power are great in terms of (height) right?

    Just wanted to confirm after all the adjustment, we'll remove the specimen and then calibrate the EPG

      You can also start by using the stage micrometer, adjust, calibrate EPG, then only put in the specimen.
