After you maligned the specimen and eye piece graticle scale,how did you measure the length of the specimen 10:44.....how did you know it was 63?......please help
You count the number of small divisions on the eyepiece graticule! You can kinda see it. Tiny ruler
11:25 Miss, when using 40* magnification.. The EPG Calculated against 1 Div would be more right.. Like more than the epg we got when we used 10 * mag
let say for we get 33 epg when 40* mag is used for 1 div
so divide with 100um to get
100 ÷ 33 = 3.03
so 1epg is 3.03um
is it like that???
