WOW! I'm totally going to add this to my drill routine! Thanks Sudsy! That high corner thing at the end is amazing too!

Sudsy, watching your videos doing the various drills is motivating and at the same time, the skills that you possess to set up the shots (forget about the execution) is insane. Thank you this and all of the previous videos where you have the comments turned off. Be safe and well.

Ok, that is a next level drill. One of the backhand rollouts you hit was inspiring. Thanks!

Any recommendations on dealing with tennis elbow? I know it’s caused by poor mechanics but I need to figure out a way to heal it first. Thanks

Take a Break and buy a good brace for elbow

Mine went away almost permanently when I changed the way I held the racquet.
Make sure your holding it *low* on the handle with the butt of the racquet sitting in the fat left part of your palm. Generally your pinki should be right at the bottom of the racquet.

Hold it under your arm and pull it out like a sword that’s how you hold it

Take a lesson. Multiple lessons. Most of the time any pain or soreness comes from a mechanical issue. For immediate impact, ice and Advil.

@@sacredraisincake YES! Totally agree. I hold the racquet very low, just as you describe
