The weak form is certainly correct. My logic is as follows:
    1. The way a concept is framed (phrased) affects how people think about it (a well-established phenomenon in psychology and the social sciences generally)
    2. A language's vocabulary and grammar ensures particular frames for certain concepts (due to how that language divides the semantic space).
    3. Therefore, language influences how speakers think.
Of course culture shaped how that language developed, but the resulting language no doubt reinforces that aspect of framing, like how Japanese honorifics require people to constantly assess relative standing, even if you haven't lived in that kind of culture.
Constructed languages provide an interesting avenue for testing this. Since those languages are explicitly designed, you can experimentally measure the direct effects of the language itself, rather than any associated culture. If a language were designed (as I have done) to frame concepts in particular ways, the effects can be measured (and is self-evident in my own observations).

It's feel magic to me ❤️ few months back I chatting with "Gemini Live" on linguistic got from 101 to the exact conclusion you made.
The lighter version.. the "influence" thing i mean - this video because of that experience is very surreal to me.
The starge part is somehow Gemini explained exactly with all of your examples and analogies (roughly speaking)
    Very Surreal Man ✨
Btw - I love your work you inspire me ❤️

Language is a protocol for communication, and it absolutely shapes the way you think.
You are using the term “language” to refer to different communication protocols (e.g. latin, english, french) which is one use of the word, but in this context of the question at hand, does language shape thinking? it’s the wrong connotation.
Your mistake is a great example of how language shapes our intellect and how we think.
You made a video that missed the point, because your mastery of language, was lacking.

As he stated in the video, the Sapir-Whorf thesis is about how the specific language you're speaking shaping your perception. So no, this isn't about a human's innate capability for language being linked to their conciousness, but rather about the effects of different languages, which is why I find your criticism to be invalid
