Well, the size 8 shell is actually the same as a size 9. So I believe you'd have no issues if you're normally a 10 fitting the 9 shell. UNLESS you have a wide foot.
My foot is average width, maybe a little wide and I have zero issues with the width of this skate. That's with the stock liner though. I think alot of people are trying to use intuitions and such and I can't speak to that. My buddies reign liners didn't feel right in them.
You might want to double check that the shell is indeed the 6-7. Looks bigger to me in relation to the Creates. Sometimes things get jumbled up at the shop, distributor, or even factory.
I would completely agree that it doesn't look like a 6-7 on the small creates. But, it is actually labeled as such in the boot. So, the shop didn't jumble anything up. Had a couple buddies get mesmers as well, compared do other hardboot skates, the shells run about 1.5-2 sizes bigger than average in length. Which is why everyone says they're "downsizing" online. They aren't really, the shells are just long. I was going to try the 5.5 shell, but I couldn't get a response from any shops about the true length of the boot.
I'll also add that the 7.5 liner, which is suppose to be the max liner size in this shell, is 1-1.5 inches away from the end of the shell. Managed to fit a friend's 9.5 liner in and he had no problem riding them that way.
Do you know what your mondo is? Im hoping to get some of the white ones and im not sure which size cause the mondo for 7.5 says 255 and my mondo is 254 but my intuitions say 265 🤣
My mondo is 255 and these still felt big. For reference a 6-6.5 intuition premium is snug on me but fits, you should have no issues fitting the 7.5 mesmer shell.

You know, honestly, depending on the shape of your foot (i.e. narrow or wide) I wouldn't be too surprised if you could fit a 9 length wise. They are longggg when compared to other skates
