An almost perfect get together meal. Only things which may have topped it off is small sack of Apalachicola oysters and a right sized field dressed, scalded and scraped pot belly pig in your pod smoker, already producing a Pavlov response in my brain.

I wish there was some way possible to put on an Abom sanctioned seafood boil at Saunders' next open house, but that was enough of a nightmare for you guys just to get there in the first place last year. Unrelated... I seem to recall some issue with Rus and Rocket Pot where he took some video down... like he was pulling his endorsement of the product or something. Seems like a good tool to have if you are doing stuff like this shrimp boil more than once a year
Yes Russ pulled all his videos promoting the Rocket Pot. They were not communicating with customers nor Russ about unfilled orders or refunds, so Russ pulled the plug on them. It’s really sad. Communication is key to success in a business.

I usually just eyeball the holes that’s covered in water. I go up 7-8 holes. You just need enough to cover everything with some extra boiling room.
