Gym Leader Challenge Vs! | Psychic Infiltrator vs. Lightning Spread

Wheatr brings another amazing brew to the channel incorporating the new Dusclops and Dusknoir from Shrouded Fable into a Psychic Dragapult deck. It was certainly a challenge for my version of Lightning Spread based off of Evan Wicky's, Plopal's, and Deino's NAIC wiining list.
