Those skulls are the paracas skulls and no they are not the result of cranial head boarding. The cranial cavity capacity is one third larger than a normal skull. Also the suture marks on top of the skull are a totally different pattern. No amount of head boarding can change either of those.
They also discovered a mummified female that happened to be pregnant at the time of death. X-ray and MRI scans show that the unborn infant also had an elongated skull.
