Hi, I dont sue finings to clear the wine, I just leave in the demijohn a little longer until the sediment drops to the bottom.
@@URBANPERMACULTURE Excellent, that sorts that out. Many thanks again.
What % does this come out at ?
If I remember rightly, this one was touching 12% and one bottle over the course of the evening was enough

Vanilla might be worth a try, let me know how it goes.
Cinnamon can inhibit the growth of yeast and stop or slow your fermentation. Add the cinnamon flavoring after your ferment.
Can I use brown sugar?
Brown sugar not great for wine making, it gives it a medicine rype taste in my opinion
Brown sugar is great for ginger wine
When can you drink this?
When it has fully fermented, usually after around three months after its settled and gone clear
