불완전하고 불안정한 모든 것들을 감싸는 미성숙한 동갑내기 소년 4인들이 모여 결성한 밴드 라쿠나 Lacuna.
영화 '이터널 선샤인'의 기억을 지워주는 회사 라쿠나사에서 모티브를 얻어 팀명을 지었으며 클럽 공연으로 활동을 시작, 2018년 12월 첫 EP '끝이 없는 꿈을 그대에게 줄게요'를 통해 본격적인 활동에 박차를 가했다. 이어 2019년 싱글 'CAKE' 발매 후 라쿠나 Lacuna 만의 팀 색깔을 갖추며 단독 공연 'HAPPILY EVER AFTER'를 2차례에 걸쳐 성황리에 마쳤다.
장르에 구애 받지 않고 '우리들이 좋아하는 것들'에 대해 음악을 만들며 소외된 목소리들을 감싸 안고 동화적으로 표현하는 것이 특징적이다. 민트페이퍼 Bright 8에 '나의 거짓말은 새벽 늦게 자는 것'을 수록하고 GMF2019 무대에 올랐으며 2020년 1월, EP '정원'에서 행복한 해피 엔딩을 노래하며 페스티벌, 공연, 발매 등으로 라쿠나 Lacuna 만의 색깔을 완성시켜가고 있다.
Band Lacuna sing about 'the things they like'. Lacuna embrace excluded voices, unstable and incomplete things through music and express themselves in a fairytale-like way.
Lacuna promoted themselves through club stages and released their first EP [Incompleteness Dream]. Afterwards, they participated in the compilation album [Bright 8] and got the opportunity to perform on [2019 Grand Mint Festival]. By performing at the festival, more people started to listen to their music and Lacuna could hold their first solo concerts - in a capacity of 200 seats - twice at the start of the year.
Lacuna have been gaining their own musical color by performing on diverse stages and showing their own music works.
