NON-BAKING CAKE / PASHA'S LOKUM / Binin Sahan

If you've been looking for a cake that's made without an oven, that's soft, airy and melts in your mouth, you've found it!
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk
- 150 g fine sugar
- 140-150 grams of flour
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 50 grams of butter
- 100-120 g coconut flour
Fill with sweet cream or whipped cream.
Note: Grease the baking pan (40 cm x 37 cm) with butter and leave to cool.
