I remember back when I was first having to put my fathers lessons to actual use, yet lucky for me, we both had a very good common sense.
This has helped me out with every build project. I understand you have limited building tools, skills and experience, yet then you only have to ask
for advice these days. In my day after emigrating to Sweden, I understood they have something called Building standards and codes and if you do not follow them
your work will not meet even a base standard.
You guys will build again I am shore, yet next time, consider how and where the house will stand and think of the noisy roof material, the direction the balcony will
be, i.e. sun sets or at least a view of the valley. Will you be able to see visitors coming with a glance from the kitchen window. How far is it to the school.
How important will not hearing the wind through the walls be? Maybe you had little to work with, yet using the sawdust and heated tar, wood glue. or even sap, you can
fill the cracks. You can also use a short length of garden hose to find a level, by attaching each end to a stick with a wire that will let you move one end up or down, fill the hose
with water and after the air is out, you will be able to measure from the water level. Having a level floor effects everything to do, cook or make inside a home, get it right ok.

Why did you not raise the pillars to put the rocks under before installing the floor? It would be much lighter and easier to level the house. Take care yourself and stay safe and healthy, seems like you have lost some weight since you started the channel in the first couple videos.
