@eevee5559 I actually think they are similar but not exactly the same, I like to think that witherstorms are just massive moving black holes and that anti matter is way more powerful than the negative star energy, Because negative star energy, It's negative, but it's still something. Someone give Solar a hug, damn it. He desperately needs one and I could *hear* the pain he was in talking to Nexus and then Sun and Moon after.
Speaking of Nexus, I knew the bastard was rotten for a long time, but right from the start? This whole time? Pretending to care when he didn't love *anyone* in the celestial family but Solar? That's frankly disgusting. And no, it's not some virus or broken code or *anything* making him say it, that's 100% him. No more denial.
I don't think he HATED everyone in the start, I think he just had a hard time REALLY connecting. Nexus IS right about one thing, he wasn't the other Moon, but no matter what you do there's ALWAYS gonna be someone who will see him that way... except... for someone who NEVER met the other Moon. Solar never did. He did more caring and taking care of the family than any of them ever did or possibly COULD for him. Not to say he's in the right cause he's not, but he didn't start out pure evil... he just wasn't close to any of them.
I really hope Solar can have some father-son time with Jack after this, I’m sure Jack can cheer him up, maybe Dazzle too

Man, that was rough… I feel so bad for Solar ☹️ he probably can’t help but be reminded of HIS original Moon. I really respect how he’s prioritizing the safety of the rest of the family over his own likely complicated feelings though.

If I was Sun in that situation, I'd run upstairs to check in on Dazzle and Jack. Just be reassured they weren't touched. Because they are the most precious little ones of the family!

I think the family could hug Solar. He've always been so busy and amazing to everybody he helped his family a lot and did so much for them.
Solar can't watch his new family die he can protect them no matter what. About what Nexus said. Solar is not weak he's a miracle worker and the best he even rebuilt their entire daycare and everything in a week he helped and comforts Lunar and Solar gave Earth therapy and also helped her with the height thing when she got tiny. Solar was also a good therapist when he tried getting them back together. Solar kept the family together.
I'm happy they have him around even after everything he did for everyone.
Solar can still try and defend his new family.

@@Starglitchh I think Sun was detecting the dark star energy rather than Nexus. Unfortunately for Sun that detection comes with the cost of ticks while Lunar just says that the star power stank on others. I think I rather have Lunar’s detection than Sun’s. Poor thing! I hope the ticks don’t get too violent with how close he is to the source where it’d force him to injure himself via straining too hard to a certain direction.

This confuses me. His insanity happened when Solar died. He turned on everyone which doesn't sound like the Moon(Nexus) I'm familiar with. New Moon and Nexus seem like different people although they are the same person. Why wouldn't New Moon come back, can he come back? It's like the writers turn a good/nuetral person into a villain and intend for him to stay a villain. It just doesn't make sense.

I do feel like there’s a bit of a nonsense to it and Nexus keeps addressing it by saying he’s crazy even though that doesn’t really help it make sense.
Like, it’s a bit of coping that they’re saying he’s crazy and it’s nonsense because it is nonsense but the other kind.
Love this show though and I’m happy with Dark Sun as a character.
