Very useful information, especially client view when creating forms. Will be going back to try and design a shiatsu form. Thank you.

Hi! Just wondering if there is any way of embedding online forms into a website? I'm thinking particularly for NDIS coordinators, this would be very beneficial and save time, rather than having to wait on me to send out the form. Something like what Jot Form offers? Thanks!

Hi there- thanks for your question! At this time, the options for sending forms to clients are via email or text, as a client-specific link is created when the forms are sent. Due to the client-specific link, there is no feature we have for embedding a form into a website.
Please email the support team at support@powerdiary.com to discuss your request further. Thanks again! - Heather
