Please let us confirm that Power Diary can be linked to Microsoft Outlook mail server for email communication purposes, and to Outlook Calendar to send new and edited appointments information from Power Diary to the Outlook calendar. We will make a record of your interest in the 2-way sync with the Outlook calendar and the ability to sync contacts to Outlook and pass it to the product team on your behalf.

thank you for your question! If a practice uses Power Diary to offer online bookings to theiur clients, the clients do not have to pay when they register with that practice and book online. The practice will pay for their subscription based on the number of practitioners, as advertised here: www.powerdiary.com/pricing/ (please ensure you select your country of residency to the the relevant pricing offer).

Thank you for your question, Marie! When a client books online, the session pack will not be applied automatically. You will need to remove the service they booked, select the session pack and add the service again. I hope this helps! - Irina

While there is no dedicated app for Power Diary in either Apple's App Store or Google Store, you are able to save Power Diary as an icon on the home screen of your iPhone or iPad, or an Android device. Thanks for your question! Each practitioner needs to be made a Primary Practitioner for their clients in Client Profile > Admin > Manage. Hi there- thanks for your question! At this time, the options for sending forms to clients are via email or text, as a client-specific link is created when the forms are sent. Due to the client-specific link, there is no feature we have for embedding a form into a website. Please email the support team at support@powerdiary.com to discuss your request further. Hi Robbie! You can send appointment reminders via SMS, email, or using a combination of both. In addition, you can send reminders manually or automatically - depending on the situation.
