    Precisa deixar o lanchinho
    na vertical e em cima da toalha de papel pra escorrer o óleo senão fica tudo engordurado.

    I am a chef and in all honesty, I see countless people shredding/grating cheese then putting it on sandwiches, then losing/WASTING some of it that ALWAYS falls off, when assembling, when transferring before cooking and sometimes during cooking. What I can't understand is WHY does noboby uses a carrot/potato peeler to make slices or a mandonlin slicer or even a conventional slicer to slice "bricked" cheese for sandwiches? Will not slices stay in place? Are you all millionaires to just throw away/waste food? I have seen other chefs, even so called "Master" chefs do as such and its no wonder their restaurants fail because they apparently don't understand, or know how to "fix" food cost, oh and by the way, cheese is VERY expensive, as you well know. Oh, and why do others grate or shred the cheese (or other toppings) onto food such as sandwiches, as it/they cook or while preparing those, KNOWING that they are going to have lift and flip it? Again, always wasting food/money/profit/savings, when the cheese can easily be shredded/grated into a large container, then sprinkled on the food so that you can control where the cheese land, or again, use slices.

      @ExquisiteHausrezepte try using a carrot/potato peeler then let me know for I used to be the same but now ì never grate cheese and my food is fabulous and I have no waste of expensive cheese as the peeled cheese comes out as thin as see through paper. Much more control of preferred amount
