I find that just kiting the first jet in a circle is much more reliable than relying on a stranger to Demo properly. But with a good team this is probably not needed.

notice how you control the jet when you fly behind it. which means you are in control of the jet. Helichopper should be auto aiming the prison guards until players leave the prison. Jet goes down on its own once prison guards/swat are down. The jet is your friend, kill him and another one appears.

I figured this out a long time ago, to stay behind, People sometimes still dont get it. But you can control 90 % of jet movent here, demo can suck balls and its still easy job

When I play, I just take the Velum and keep it over Los Santos until the ground team finishes their thing. Once they finish, I take it to the airfield and fly them out.

Demolition is easy, just take the Buzzard and shoot jets. If Pilot knows what to do (explained in this video) just follow what he does and shoot jets, can't be easier :) If your demolishers are bad, show them this video and they will see what to do at 3:30 :D
