FYI , you can air dash at different angles by moving your camera up and down, you can also use a mantra, an aerial attack or a crit right before air dashing to do the move while air dashing! It's really useful but it can be a bit hard to pull off sometimes
Tip: I noticed you didn't have air dash in the video so you should get it because it's pretty useful for movement. (Edit: I saw the end of video and you already got it but this info might help someone so I'm keeping it here) To obtain it there is a guy next to the person who gives glider blueprint and you want to talk to him and get his quest. After that go to the place where you would get blindseer and interact with a flame (ANY FLAME) inside the building. Once you've done that go back to the guy and you get air dash on every slot every time you reach power 2. There is also a guy that can give you critical and engage and he is found at the cave under burning stone gardens near the entrance. He wants you to kill a megalodaunt and give the hide to him and then you can get engage and critical at power 2 and 5 automatically on every slot. The last one I know that is useful is thresher scales which is located at hive under the widow boss's cave in like a broken outpost. He wants you to bring him a king thresher spine so only do this when you can kill a king thresher or cheese it (I used a hive mech to kill it for me). After completeing the quest and giving them the king thresher spine you will obtain thresher scales at power 10 on every slot automatically.
They should add a dark variant of the bird race so you can passively pluck one of your feathers, and birds normally shed feathers or pluck feathers to build their home

His wings are Yellow cuz he's tiran and Yellow variant, if you see a white Khan or Vesperian hallowtide you'll notice that every Race has different color wings(some races variants got the same color)

btw i gripped my freshie with same race and i got it so you have to grip a same race
