Why I can’t lock pendle? Is it because is on ethereum chain?

20K Pendle tokens is 10 times the USDT positions you have there earning yield. If Pendle price decreases, the yield you earn might not even compensate for the loss in Pendle, plus the yield would also decrease when Pendle price drops too. I feel if the yield is not coming from real interests/fees generated by the platform but from other means, then it is not sustainable.

Cause it is not sustainable that s the problem with all these “liquidity” projects are increasing yields with random worthless tokens as reward. Attracting degens and incentivizing risks. Ponzinomics.

Take for instance USDT (stargate), upon getting PT or YT, and if you were to deposit it into the liquidity pool, you initially get additional APY? Any IL or caveats here?

The pool consist of the PT token and the token itself. So for GLP the pool is ptGLP/GLP. As ptGLP might be 20% lower in price than GLP itself, there is slight IL but pretty insignificant if the yield is good
