The bicycle wheel is quite possibly the best thing humans have ever invented.
But then, I would say that - I build them for a living. Come along for a quick ride through their creation, evolution and revolution, a detour through some weird and wonderful designs and maybe a look at what a high-tech future holds for this deceptively simple structure.
