He has completely killed live arena for me. If he gets a turn, then you lose. Literally a 2 turn stun on a 2 turn cooldown.

Anytime I’ve ever played against an Armanz I lose his turn meter control is absolutely disgusting no one gets a turn ever and he can sheep so unless you have shuzen its gg he completely takes someone out of the game with the sheep they’re so slow they’re not even relevant anymore

I’ve been able to use withier the crowned to counter him. Either high res or stone skin. Other options too ofc, but that’s the one that’s been working for me
Speaking of no break on events, new fusion looks like a 'must do'.Certainly would pair well with Armanz.

Edit: While I didn't get Armanz, on what was my F2P2023 HH challenge account turned main account. On day 7 I pulled Duchess & day 8 pulled Helicath they poured major gas onto the account causing a personal best 4 month Arbiter I can totally understand getting an OP champ that completely changes the dynamics of the account.

he is destroying doom tower hard for me with ease i built him with 317 speed 600 acc 54k hp 4k attack no crit rate though mainly built to land the steal

You should actually use hp burn on spider hard. It does 2% dmg a tick
Mine is pretty slow (only 235 speed) but plenty (450, no masteries yet) of acc and I've been running him with my Arbiter anyway. He was big in helping me actually stay in TTA silver despite not putting up proper defenses until like 5 hours before reset (since I assumed I'd drop anyway). 😅
Next free regear I'll need to see if I can up his speed a decent bit without sacrificing acc.
He definitely pairs well with Arbiter. He's insanely powerful for sure.

Yes but that's not a consistent viable counter. RNG based counters suck in games like this. It's what leads to immense frustration for both sides.

I managed to get it done with burns and Rathalos but man was it close!
I am an ultra low spend player ($20 spent) and I haven’t really touched LA bc I always lose the speed race and always get my best champ banned. I pulled a duchess recently and with getting Armanz I run monkey armanz duchess elva and Hurndig. In my last 30 fights armanz has been banned 28 times and duchess has been banned 2 times. I am in silver 3 LA.
I know I don’t have an insane team or anything but armanz is the only champ worth banning
He's insanely OP at any level. I really think they overdid it with his kit. No surprise he's always banned.
Hate having this champ in arena... ground it all down to an un-entertaining crawl.
He's not even fun to have on your team. Why they ignored all community feedback before & during the fusion I have no idea. Really should have nerfed him.
I agree that he's OP as hell and needs balancing. Simple change of making his A2 not steal as much turn meter or have a longer cool down and he's much more reasonable.
@@bigpoppadrockrsl Or only have a 75% chance to make the steal. Place a sleep instead of a stun... there's a lot they could do to make him still amazing but not overwhelmingly broken!

I'll definitely still do it but way more casually for sure. I am not kidding when I say I have been up till 4AM or even as late as 6AM trying to win this competition. It has legit consumed my entire life and led to less content and less progress on my main account for sure.

I thought i was smart and i could counter him with Siegfrund... nope i just get turned into a sheep so my block damage and revive is useless. Very fun
I can see plarium first getting us to invest everything into getting the 5 star soul for him and then nerfing him a week later. everyone will be pissed for a week and life goes on.

Armanz loses to SS, Bad affinity, resistance checks and sheep. If he's broken then so is every champ at the top of the arena meta. And if that's the case that means plarium somehow balanced the game. Really curious as to how he makes his "armanz broken" argument in the context of the entirety of the champ roster🤔
Armanz is broken. He has the capability to easily prevent an enemy team from ever even taking a turn with perma stun and turn meter steal. He also can strip Stoneskin and he sheeps and on top of that puts skills on cooldown. This really isn't hard to see that he's extremely broken in a way that other champs are not. He needs to have his A2 changed to not steal as much turn meter or to have a longer cooldown. He will still be very powerful, just not game breaking. I am always going to be against champs like this regardless of whether they are free or pay to win. I said the same stuff with Taras/Marichka but frankly even they aren't as broken as this champ is.

i respect your opinion but im f2p no warlord, no yumeko, no krixia and lockout goes through stoneskin so theres pretty much no counter and you wanna cry about armanz... if your argument was he breaks pve i would agree. all he does is enable low spend/f2p to be able to compete a little bit better! i always pick a speed team in LA i dont care if i win or lose as long as its fast!
He does break PVE. He breaks both PVP and PVE. I will always argue that insanely OP champs like Armanz need to be balanced. I said the same thing for Taras and Marichka and that's in spite of having both and them both being extremely pay to win champs. I'm not crying at all but instead advocating for common sense. Having OP champs like Armanz is not good for the game whether you are F2P or not. I'll also note that destroying the balance of arena for the top 500 players who are the people who spend and keep this game alive is not a smart idea whatsoever. If the whales and krakens don't spend, this game shuts down asap.

I definitely think he's more broken and it's not close. He can strip stoneskin and he goes so far beyond a lockout. With lockout you still get turns. Not with Armanz. In fact, you never get a turn facing him. That is clearly way more broken.@@Ickyray
