Corn Mash Conveying

This test was performed at S. Howes' R&D facility to assess the feeding capabilities of corn mash in our inclined Split-Tube style conveyor. The corn mash flowed freely from the rectangular hopper into the feed opening, and then up the tube. Standard clearance on these models is 3/16". The hinged formed covers allow the tube to completely fill with product, mimicking the efficiency of a tubular style conveyor, while remaining easy to clean.
