What is the main reason (root cause) of grinding at sleep?
I am concerned that it has something to do with her nerve system!
It’s part of the behaviour so related to nervous system only. Point which I want to make it this is not a disease. Thanks

My 7 yrs old daughter keeps grinding her teeth at night while sleeping..whenever I give her deworming tablets it stops for a day or two but the third day she again starts grinding her teeth. What should I do?
Grinding has nothing to do with work medications. I don’t advise to use work medicines unless child has symptoms of worm. Grinding is not a symptom of worm infestation. Grinding the teeth goes on it’s own. If it is more disturbing than we have to train her for the sleep. You can wake up half an hour before the time when she is usually grind the teeth. It’s common in children and it’s not harmful unless child is getting tongue or teeth injury. Thanks.

It’s normal thing about grinding the teeth. If child is doing at specific timing liek 2 am or 3 am,wake him up half an hour before that time. Thanks

You have to make safety measure like bed rolls and keep side rail. Keep carpet near the bed to avoid significant injury. Need to speak to you nearby paediatrician.

My 2 year baby from last Wednesday he suffers from fever 102,after doc visit, he told it's from cold and sore throat.. He gave azithral 200,and if fever up more than 100 give Pcm.. But today is Saturday fever still99.6 to 100..i m much worried why fever not gone.. Please help doc
All viral illness has their span in the body. 100 degree fever is nothing. So I don’t think there is a concern. Wait and watch. If needed re visit. Thanks

7 years is the normal age for grinding the teeth. Unless his sleep is not disturbed and doesn’t cause teeth problem than nothing to do else you need to see nearby dentist to make brace
