Damian Darhk indeed made season 4 tolerable: I also loved the episode with John Constantine, which finally brought back my man Matt Ryan as the Hellblazer, after his own show was sadly cancelled after 1 (very good IMO) season. I also thought that Lonnie Machin, aka Anarky, was a pretty sweet villain for Thea Queen during season 4. But I have to admit that it was great to watch Oliver curbstomp him in the first episode of the fantastic season 5, because in S4 Anarky was just way too powerful, taking on 2 or 3 members of Team Arrow at the same time on several occasions. I wouldn't have a problem with it if they explained how/why he was so good, but it was never brought up and it seemed weird that this random nutjob could take on the entire Team Arrow an get away with it so many times.
They made cupid and prometheus overpowered for no reason. Why was cupid so strong. She shouldve been easy to take care of. And Prometheus bro broke Oliver Queen so easy. Like wtf
For the most part yes, but some like Constantine Drakon who only lasted for maybe one episode not as much. They also changed characters like Brick and Count Vertigo as mentioned, but these alternate versions were still interesting and intimidating so I’d say arguably yes for them as well.
If you haven’t seen Arrow, please don’t go watch it. Season 1 & 2 are the only seasons that are watchable. The rest are straight CW garbage. Green Arrow deserves so much better

He's also taken out the most powerful mercenaries and archers alike.

I appreciated the earlier seasons of CW Arrow when Oliver was lethal. The show had more of an adult bend.
Honestly for me I loved the cw Prometheus better than the comics version it’s just the suit for me and his personality/Humor

Besides when they took Batman’s storyline and Batman’s villains yeah these villains they did justice for.

Yeah, that was in *Arrow* season 2. Grundy came back much later in the Arrowverse show *Stargirl* , in which he's pretty darn cool.
Deathstroke is my favorite because Deathstroke is sing Injustice gods among Us and I played that game
