IMO, the Launch 431 series is the best prosumer OBD scanner available. For me, I have an old Innova 3140e for OBD I & an Innova 3109RS for late models. Sometimes I'll use an Actron CP9850A that catches things the Innova doesn't.

I just bought one cause of your video will it program a tcm ? I have a potential job on replacing a tcm on a ram and I would have to program it

If the software comes from Dodge, then no. If you are talking about a TCM reset for the adaptation, then yes.
