I don't think it's TOO weird for it to be given to players over time. It is a nice concept, considering it gives you a job to do, you complete it and then take a break from Rocket League for a few days. Then you'll just come back and do the next one, and then the last one.

If you have a switch bring it with you or ask a friend to do the challenges. Im also on vacation and i come back the 7th so i asked my friend to do them for me

The reason why they didn't release everything at once is because of fortnite. Fortnite loves to make people wait for rewards, and you can get the truck also in fortnite. To get to the point, the truck is not out yet because if people unlock it in Rocket League, they expect it to be in fortnite. (I like fortnite because I can get cars in it)

In forntite they are much easier, you just have to do XP, 60 every mission, but you need a friend to do them
