    Guys I lost 578 calories from this routine and this is my first time and at the begging when they play the sound and it like hyped me up to dance a little before I start the dancing Roy time that’s why I have more burned calories

    6th day✅ + i walked 5km around park but i ate a lot of calories:)

    K so i have been doing this for a week now but I skipped 3 days so I decided to add a little list so I can remember how many days I’m doing.
    Day 1 : ✅
    Day 2 : ✅
    Day 3 : ✅
    Day 4 : only did up to Die Young
    Day 5: wanted to but had a headache
    Day 6 : ✅
    Day 7 : no
    Day 8 : ✅
    Day 9 : ✅

    Hey guys! If you're seeing this comment, it means i have been doing Just Dance daily for about two years now. The comment from above was from 2022 and i have something important that i noted and wish to share with y'all. Doing the same routine over and over again can at times be draining. If at somepoint during the dance you tell yourself "wow i'm bummed out rn" you don't have to force yourself to dance the routine. Find a different just dance to a song that's really gonna get you going. Try new stuff everyday because that's how your body is gonna loose excess sweat. After the first 9 days of doing this routine i started a different routine for about 2 months, which caused me to get pretty sick of dance-workouts. To avoid that, experiment with a variety of dance workouts. Have fun with it. Also, along the way, ask yourselves how your bodies are feeling. They need water and care too.

      @@Dirkdebi You also need to change your dietary habits if you want to see results to be fair. Eating more lean and healthy can help have noticeable results.

    I'll do updates Day 1 muscles are sore but feel good
    Day 2 getting easier
    Day 3 only did it till cool for the summer because I had a busy day
    Day 4 did all and feel pretty good
    Day 5 got through it dead fast
    Day 6 done
    Day 7 I lost a pound doing this

      Hi! I hope you feel well and answering your question, you should also make a caloric deficit since exercising while dancing will develop your muscles and since it is cardio it will help you "burn" the fat, however, making a calorie deficit will help you constantly lower your fat percentage and therefore see the progress faster, a strict diet is not necessary, you just need to reduce your daily caloric intake
