If at somepoint during the dance you tell yourself "wow i'm bummed out rn" you don't have to force yourself to dance the routine. Find a different just dance to a song that's really gonna get you going. Try new stuff everyday because that's how your body is gonna loose excess sweat. After the first 9 days of doing this routine i started a different routine for about 2 months, which caused me to get pretty sick of dance-workouts. To avoid that, experiment with a variety of dance workouts. Have fun with it. Also, along the way, ask yourselves how your bodies are feeling. They need water and care too. Sincerly, a recovered individual.

I hope you feel well and answering your question, you should also make a caloric deficit since exercising while dancing will develop your muscles and since it is cardio it will help you "burn" the fat, however, making a calorie deficit will help you constantly lower your fat percentage and therefore see the progress faster, a strict diet is not necessary, you just need to reduce your daily caloric intake
I did this workout for the first time today. I have a mi band and it calculated exactly 343 calories. This video is very good to lose weight.

I hope you feel well and answering your question, you should also make a caloric deficit since exercising while dancing will develop your muscles and since it is cardio it will help you "burn" the fat, however, making a calorie deficit will help you constantly lower your fat percentage and therefore see the progress faster, a strict diet is not necessary, you just need to reduce your daily caloric intake
I also recommend drinking lots of water! It helps you with your skin and increases the speed of your metabolism!
