Just for future saber usage, you don’t have to blend. Simply go to render options and I forgot what it’s called but the default setting will be “black” and change it to transparent. Then it does the blending for you but it’s in the plug-in so it obviously does it better. If you can reply to this not only would it make my day but also let me know you got my tip c:

Awesome video, thanks mate. I have a question though...when you move the anchor point on your first wall to avoid the awkward cut, I fail to see what is "awkward" about the cut and how moving the anchor point made it any less visually awkward? Could you elaborate please?

I know this is an old video, but I got stuck towards the end. Hopefully someone can help. At around 12:01 he pick whips to the null, but when I do that the text disappears. I checked the eye on the null to see if it was that, but it didn't do anything. I'd love to finish up this since I was so close. 😄
EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out! Apparently there's a parent and link and a track matte pick whip.

Ok, I have a problem and nowhere else to go. If you can help, please, for the love of god, keep reading.
With the composition I'm working on, I want 2 grids opposite each other at the top and bottom of the screen. But whenever I animate my grid scrolling from front to back, whether it be through the motion tile center or the layer transform or literally any other value, the horizontal lines flicker.
    And I cannot escape it.
I've tried upping the frame rate of the composition, I've tried adding motion blur, I've tried slowing the rate of movement for the grid, I've even tried reorienting the grid rotation and position to be on the left/right of the screen to see if it was just the angle that was the problem. All of it, no dice.
    The footage, for reference:
    ruclips.net/video/XELCzjBm9ts/видео.html
I am losing my sanity to a goddamn checkerboard.
    Please, PLEASE give me answers.
