It *IS* an epic sandwich! Loved the incorporation of pickle brine throughout. Did you have any issues with the lettuce trying to escape? I find that a chop on the lettuce like that with all that sauce and tomatoes going on leads to a bit of an escape problem. I like the long thing "shredduce" cut personally.
