    Just in case you are thinking I'm going to be slumming in some sleepy Mexican town, take a look at this.

    Can't wait to get down there for my first visit. I'm in southern AZ, about 85 miles southeast of Tucson. How are the summers in San Carlos? Are the heat and humidity insufferable? Do you go go somewhere cooler during the summers?

    They like free health care

    • @foxbodyblues6709
      @foxbodyblues6709 3 года назад

      lol 😂 free
      nobody has free seguro social, you have to work (and your boss pay the taxes) to receive that health care. And it’s only at the govt hospital. These are the worst facilities, always.
      In Mexico private hospitals are the best, and people with money only use private health care.

      Why would you not want to go somewhere that doesn't requires a visa and passport? Look at what happens in the United States (with the requirement)?

    is there internet service? How reliable is the electric? What about banking. How different is banking and using credit cards in stores. I wonder if there is alot of fraud.

    • @ganopterygon
      @ganopterygon 8 лет назад +9

      +Nikki Jones 1) yes there is internet, you can have fiber optics connection at home, 2) more reliable than in the US (believe I am an Engineer) in fact Mexico sells energy to the US, 3) same as in the US, 4) Fraud is everywere in the world.

    • @unknowmember

      Nikki Jones there is Internet. The electric is as reliable as yours in America is. They have banks. There is a guard at the door of the bank, which is different but credit cards are as common as at home. We have never experienced fraud in all our years in Mexico.

    • @laurenc292
      @laurenc292 3 года назад +1

      Yes, there are still thousands of expats here who have literally no issues. It’s still very very safe.

    • @enemilia__9941
      @enemilia__9941 2 года назад

      Still very safe, there are way more danger in a city like Chicago or NY than San Carlos, even with the narco going on its a very safe place.
