চিংড়ি মাছের সাথে যেমন ভালো মেলে নারকেল ও নারকেলের দুধ, তেমনই মেলে দই। দই চিংড়ি বাঙালীর বড় প্রিয়। আগেই এনেছি আমাদের চ্যানেলে মহারানী গায়ত্রী দেবীর শেখানো একটি দই চিংড়ির রেসিপি। কিন্তু বাঙালীর সব পথ মেশে গিয়ে ঠাকুরবাড়িতে। তাই এবার আনলাম শ্রীমতী পূর্ণিমা ঠাকুরের শেখানো ঠাকুরবাড়ির দই চিংড়ি। এমন সহজ, কম উপকরণে অথচ অপূর্ব সুস্বাদু রান্না আমি খুব কমই দেখেছি। একবার এ রান্নাটি করে দেখুন। ভুলতে পারবেন না।
