    Hey Saptarshi, your journey has been truly incredible! It's definitely deserving of being turned into a film at some point, and I genuinely mean that. I also hope you achieve even greater success in the future and contribute to our nation's recognition on the global stage. As a designer, it would be a source of immense pride for all of us in our country to see you reach such heights. Wishing you all the best, my friend!

    This sounds kinda like a relatable story, I have been desinging for a long time now as a hobby never took it seriously until recently when i got an internship based on my design skills lol. I am still confused as I am also a developer who loves coding but form a couple of weeks i m really enjoying designs. lets see where this journey will take me

  • @Tatvam_
    @Tatvam_ 6 месяцев назад +1

    I am pretty sure that you worked hard in your design career. But can we all agree that having even an irrelevant degree from an IIT really does help you put your foot in the door. Because what happens is recruiters already assume that this person might not have the relevant experience but since they're from an IIT they must be intelligent enough to catch up or perform. Now not at all trying to be mean or bring anyone down. Just trying to say that there are latent advantages like this along with the hard work that helps one if not climb the ladder then at least make people have enough trust in you.

    • @Kagemusha247
      @Kagemusha247 6 дней назад +1

      Of course it will. Sure there are exceptional people with normal backgrounds who can get in. But if u take an above average guy 1 from an IIT/NID and the other with the same leveo of skillset but from a local college/non related degree, the first guy will almost always get more preference as well as a better starting package.
