I feel you - nonduality was just as much a prison as religion, spirituality, therapy or anything else I tried that left out the root of suffering; repression and buried emotions. Sometimes we gotta lose “god” to find God yea? 😉🙏🏻
Therapeutic claptrap- repressed emotions, being yourself…what does this mean? All of this language implies implicit values, usually those of the therapist. Usually, you’re trading one type of programming for another. Suffering usually accompanies trying to better one’s self. Not necessarily that mommy and daddy were mean and I’m a victim now.
