For most of my 63 years I have had major depression...when I watched this video, I got goosebumps and a spark of what I think was happiness. You took me someplace else - it was magic. Maybe there is something in that concept of being "alive" after all. Thank you.

Never heard of this group but maybe at 70 I missed them until now. Saw them for the first time this morning on Today and even before the first note they took me back to the 60's and after hearing them I went right over to Amazon and bought their CD and will receive it on release day which is Friday.

@@jeremiahmyer5005 I don't know if you've ever head of Jojo's bizarre adventure, but it's a japanese TV show that was recently widely adopted by the online community for it's humorous tone. Anyway, every character is named after classic rock references, so people between 15 - 30 are getting into classic rock, and people such as yourselves are following along with newer music. It's cool to see a generational divide abolished instead of the sort of criticisms your generation faced from their own parents about the legitimacy of rock and roll.
David Scrivens I too am over 70 and just heard about them from some of my Rock Boat friends. Now I want then on TRBXXI next January. I’m going to buy their album too.

I’ll save you, we can save ourselves......we saved each other and this song is literally something I’m thinking about walking down the aisle to bc of how special the meaning is. Screw what ppl think....it’s my wedding and this song is the meaning of my past and the joy of my future! I listened to this every single hour when withdrawing, going thru weeks of hell and now a year and a half of sobriety! This song touched me and my fiancé’s hearts! I looooovve you guys! Not sure if you visit Columbus, Ohio much but I’ll be watching for ya’ll now that I’m ready to see ya’ll perform live someday! Xoxox mooches!!!
The only positive thing I can ever associate with the horror of full withdrawal is how fully and beautifully we can connect to the right music, almost like a down payment, a promise that thing WILL get better on the other side of it. This is one such song...happened for me with stuff like the Mars Volta, the killers, and a lot of heavier stuff most of you wouldn't care for. OH, and Fine Fine Day by Tony Carey, which evokes similar feelings in me as Set on Fire.
Love this song, so glad it finally got picked up by alternative radio in Cincinnati! I wonder where the inspiration for the band name came from...
