@@dangibbs2261 Defenitely acceleration of 200 and 390 series are unbeatable, but here i m taking about 125 series, and talking about perfomance ns 200 and rs 200 givers very similar perfomance at acceleration and has better top speed as well, and look at the pricing, KTM is KTM no doubt anout that but, the 125 series dosen't justify the pricing

Bhai MT15 bgl m ho to who will look at duke? It has that front look which duke doesn't have. Talking about engine refinement, ktm can't compete against yamaha. And the speed you achieve with your duke 125 in 2nd gear, I do it with mt on 1st year. Mt is also more comfortable for rider. And talking about fuel economy, I'm getting 52 kmpl. Mt takes around 11 seconds to reach 0 to 100 while duke 125 requires 18 seconds. Why would anyone pay extra while compromising on so many things.

This will be great for beginners. You are used to riding d200 that's why the 125 engine bothers you. Otherwise, it's a great bike considering the build quality and features imo

Jab gaadi nayi li thi to power ki koi kami feel nahi hui thi, lekin ab R15, NS aur doosre bikes ko theek se chalane ke baad power kam lagti hai. Lekin riding feel aur dynamics next level hai. Meant for technical riders, who like to ride on the limit!
If u have money go for 390, that way u will feel major power diff from 125. Because the new ns200 is no match for bs3 ns200.

I have duke 125 bs4 ... average 40-45 kmpl
I m happy in city ride but some time long ride is not good with 125 cc . Seat comfort is very poor ... physically bike is very strong and material is extremely good . Breaking is also good . Only bad thing in ktm is both seats are not comfortable.
In terms of Looks Nothing can beat KTM Duke 125 🏍️💖

No they shouldn't because than it wouldn't have sold in eu at all.
in the EU the cc restriction for an A1 licence is 125, that is why a lot of manufacturers make such bikes. You can get an A1 licence when you're 16+ years.

sold re standard 500 and brought d125 last month.
in video mentioned bike dosen't show initial power. maybe because it's not ridden enough or didn't reached first service. for ktm bikes you need to push hard. take bike to top end to reach its company intended state. mine dosen't show any any difference in intial power comparing bs4 d125. it reach 85-90 pretty quick. really quick for a 125 cc bike.
but 6th gear is meeh!..
i was so much obsessed with r15 v3 but
i choose d125 over r15v3 because some v3 owners said they're having engine complaint. further more research i found out that many v3 engines are showing engine troubles.

I am using 125 duke & I am happy because i don't have to worry about style,looks,mileage & offcourse its international & reputated brand name which is reliable & well known all over the globe power is not too much but we hardly need power in traffic n busy road because where ever we ride highway or city we find stupid rider on road & potholes also bad traffic so power issue is solved when you don't have space to open the power then why its needed simple ktm have spend a huge amount on manufacturing they have studied already that yhey will rock so I think same

People who are commenting here have clearly no knowledge about how bike engine works and the companies consideration of the economics related to the product ktm 125 even with small cc engine can produce great torque and power but no good for touring in triple digits for longer time due to it small cc mt 15 seems like the best alternative allyough the quality won't be as good as ktm i mean the buttons and all but still those things are negligable

I stil Wonder Why KTM has Launched 125cc Models and people are still Buying those Bikes at such a High price point!! KTM should have atleast given a 150cc model instead of 125.
To capture the lower segment market. First launch higher cc bikes at reasonable cost, create brand awareness then hike the prices so people cant easily afford. Then launch lower cc bikes with earlier price of bigger cc bikes 😂. Still people will buy only for brands

Same....I have D390 because it is best at that price range. Earlier I had ns200 which is also most vfm in that segment. No point to buy overpriced less performance bike. Only fools buy for showoff. And RC125 costs 1.8l onroad where d390 around 3lac. KTM dont have any logic in pricing.

dnt always bike which goes 0-100 fast . sometime buy a bike which stops 100-0 faster and this bike gives u a good mileage and the spec are so good for 125 cc bike .
I guess you're used to riding Duke 200 and more powerful motorcycle. Review as if you're riding Duke 125 after riding Honda shine, discover, pulsar150 so look it that way. You're ignoring that area. As a reviewer you understand that no one will buy KTM 125 series after riding NS160/200 plus segment. So it's quite obvious that it is targeted for that Audience. But it's gives a similar performance of 150cc crops. Except if compared against R15/NS160/Apache 160.And that's there is still a lot buyer will park in their garage. Nice review though.
