I love your videos and your crochet tutorials are super simple! I made one chicken perfectly and it turned out amazing but the second one I made turned out too tall, any tips of advice?

Love your patterns! Thank you for sharing your creativity. What size hook do you recommend for this pattern?
5.5 or 6 mm crochet hook works great for me

Se puder faz o passo a passo dos ovinhos ☺️
Gratidão 🌹
What size crochet hook?
Did you make your stitch marker, specifically the open ring part or?❤
Hi, it's charm for wine glass 🍷. I love it.
How much yarn did you approximately use for the body? My mom's been hinting that she would love a crocheted chicken and I wanna put some in the little basket I made for her for her birthday
Not much at all, I would say 30 g for a larger chicken ( see the other video), around 23g for this one
Also do you have video to make chicken eggs 🥰🙏😍
how would i upsize this? i want to make bigger versions of these chickens as gifts. any tips?
Making larger version. The circle base should be larger. Tutorial for larger chicken should be ready on Saturday.
you can also use larger yarn + a larger hook while following the same pattern🫶🏻
Where is the egg pattern? The link just sends me back here.

Am i doing somthing wrong if my pattern is be oming more like a egg
Hi I’m trying to follow pattern for smaller chicken. After you do ch2 & crochet 7sc in same hole I can’t follow the next two rows. I can’t tell if & when you increase as there is no voice just music & I don’t understand *inc* 7 and then
*sc, inc*7
*2sc, inc*7
Sc BLO
Please help 🙏
Ignore the 7 cause im pretty sure the math doesnt add up but basically it means that till the end of the second row(sc, inc) you alternate between regular single crochet and increasing every other stitch
For the 3rd row(2sc, inc) you alternate every two stitches till the end of the row
Thankyou 🙏
5:35 - I'm sorry but I don't quite understand this part - do I go a) *2sc, inc" (3 times) and then continue with sc blo to the end of the round OR b) do I complete *2sc, inc* (7 times = 28 sts) and then only do the next round with sc blo on every stitch (28 sts) ? 🤔
Complete the round, then next round BLO
Got it! Thank you so much for the explanation@@HobbiCROCHET 🙏
What is Blo
BLO = back loop only@@alvinpt3276
@@alvinpt3276 back loops only
You could explain what you're doing at the start... I don't get it :(
Its even worse that its a rather fluffy yarn so i cant see which stitch you're going into
Instead of a magic circle (or magic ring) you chain 2, and do 7sc into that circle (2nd ch from hook). 😊
You will get used to it
it says free pattern it means that i can sell the product by myself when i made it ?
Sure, go for it.
I like your pattern, but please what size of eyes did you use?
12 mm for larger chicken and 8mm for small
Thank you so much! ❤️ The best tutorial, I'll be making a little farm of those for my granny cuz she have a lot of chickens and she trained them like a little chicken dogs they literally follow her like a mommy and listen to her 😂 I swear... shes gonna LOVE this!! (she doesnt kill her chickens tho, just to clarify 😅 they make a lot of eggs)
Oh and also I got a question- does a yarn big like you showed at the start would be enough to make 2 chickens? I really dont know how many of these yarns should I buy and I want to make maybe 5 or 6 chickens 💞
Consider 15-20g approx for 1 chicken. They are not large. I am making larger one as well.
She would definitely love it
@@HobbiCROCHET Thank you!!
Made larger chicken if you want to check it out 😀
7 SC in magic ring(7
Inc all around (14
SC and an increase 14 times (21
2 SC and an increase 7 times (28
SC back loop only (28
SC for 5 rounds
Pull tail and sew
(Adding so I know where I am + to know I'm doing it right)
What do you mean by no sew (no hate but im just curious)
You are right 👍
Right on what?@@HobbiCROCHET
no sew means when you don't have to thread the yarn into the chicken with a needle, btw your comment did not come out hateful in any way!
@@siftingzWhat’s weird is she did sew at 8:15 …?????
@@AChicken-GOD thats true. in the video anywhere does it say "no sew"?
Wish you spoke the instructions as you did in your larger pattern
I am always asking which format is better with voice or without, but not many people would answer. Sorry if this is harder for you 😞
I like the way you explained what you were doing in the video of the larger chicken. Could you make a video of smaller chicken explaining what you are doing?
How do you make the eggs?
I know it should be easy, but like I want eggs in that size and most tutorials are a lot larger
There’s free patterns for all of this on RUclips search for chicken with egg hole hole and it’ll pop up with patterns as well as patterns
