Honestly, I think LeBron James BIGGEST weakness is that he has ALWAYS been the best player on his team... by a lot. Even as an 18 YO rookie, he was still the star of his team. Getting drafted by Memphis would have put him in a VERY different culture where he would have been expected to be less ball dominant. That's LeBron's biggest weakness, he doesn't offer much without the ball, which is why his best RS was with the 09 Cavs, not the Miami superteam.
They had exactly the types of players Bron needed around him. A damn good wing defender who could hit the three, a sharpshooter, a good post presence & rebounder, & a point guard who could also run the offense & wasn't a black hole on offense. That Grizzlies team with West at the helm would've been a real title contender in just a few seasons. Imagine 2nd year or 3rd year Bron on the 2005 or 2006 Grizzlies. Only the Spurs would be a real challenge.
