In a shocking revelation by the Donald Trump administration, F1 Student Visa was to be revoked for students pursuing only online semesters at American universities. Is there any credibility issues that universities raise if GRE exams are taken at home?
I doubted at that nuance and thereby i paused my GRE prep for the time being because the centres were closed.
So ,can we drop plan for 2021 and proceed for spring 2022

Will the situation be the same for 2021 fall ?
Certainly not, the US will bounce back. So, keep working on your GRE and Applications. By the time you graduate in 2023 things will be much brighter.
What about European countries?
