Give your kids cod, liver oil it comes in pill form or liquid and you can always use a pin to squeeze the liquid onto something. My mom used to give it to me all the time was like when I was a kid she used to squeeze it in my oatmeal or put it in my oatmeal. I never got sick! Mind you it doesn't taste very good, but it works!!

I am currently finishing up week two on my hair… my hair is almost to my waistline and I keep brushing it to get the oils down the strands. I’ve been noticing that it’s been tangling a lot more and a lot easier especially when it’s wet (naturally curly hair), so I also just got a very hydrating deep intense mask conditioner to use on it as well. Winter months suck the life out of my curls.

Hope your babies 👶 feel better soon, after the protein treatment, it good 😊 moisturizer the hair as well, protein can be drying. You should try the shimmer lights bleach and toner I really like them.😊
Omg I’ve never had that happen bestie, this bleach isn’t my favourite at all. Didn’t enjoy it. I’ve had other colours like pink and blue come through sometimes lol 😝 Bestie do some Aphogee protein treatments before bleaching and it will help your hair strength when doing a bleaching They have like travel packs at Sally’s and Amazon that are under $7 bucks Hope that helps 😘😘
It didn’t work for me at all. Barely lifted anything. I left it on for like an hour too. I bought the age beautiful charcoal to see if that works. About ready to give up bleaching. Too much maintenance.
Absolutely hate this bleach didn’t have it on more then 15 minutes and my hair was smoking it was so hot it fried my hair so bad I had so many clumps of hair come out

I use ion creme oil lightener and 20 volume developer....but I don't like their colors...fades to quick.
I do, too. Hair comes out like silk. I've even used their 30 vol sensitive scalp with the cream oil bleach and it *never* wrecks my hair!

It made my hair black in a patch . I used dawn and baking soda and it didn't come out still. Had to bleach the patch 😢😢😢😢😢
