For daily exercises watching a video and follow it is ok but if you want to become professional then ofcourse you need not only a gym but a coach and a team and a well system. You're right motivation is good thing but only motivation can't stand. May Allah help you Ameen!

Its really nice that he uses the fame he still has to promote fighters of the next generation (for free without asking for anything in return) and the content in this channel is simple but very good, affective and to the point, and I think in turn its only right for us to promote this channel on other social midia like Twitter, insta to make it bigger, this channel deserves. Especially with the ufc and other promotion not promoting fights like they used to in the past, channels like this one is very important
