The Second Nuclear Age, with Prof. Paul Bracken

At the Yale Presidential Inauguration Symposia on October 12th 2013, Paul Bracken, Professor of Management and Political Science at Yale University, presented a lecture entitled, "The Second Nuclear Age".
Following the cold war, the first nuclear age, a vision of a world free of nuclear weapons attracted world leaders and scholars. But something quite different is developing. A second nuclear age, a multipolar system of major and secondary powers with the bomb, is taking shape before our eyes. Profound moral and political issues are raised by this, and promise to be among the greatest world challenges of the twenty-first century.
