I was there this weekend! On Saturday, you are right… there are NO words to describe how beautiful every corner of Acadia is. Not to be cheesy but it just about brought me to tears.. Thanks for sharing!! Great video!

    Well done Richard!
Looks like a great location, right at the end when the sun was up, the colours looked amazing.
Do you have any wildlife that you have to be careful about in that area? That was on my mind during your night time accent. I can imagine being a little nervous or uneasy during that part.

Thanks! Generally speaking the type of wild life you encounter at acadia is nothing to worry about. I was more concerned during my recent trip to the White mountains in New Hampshire where there is a decent black bear population. But even there, there most trails are well traveled so thats a bit comforting.

@@richardbaileyphoto a number of years ago, I found myself staying in the outskirts of Yellowstone. It was night, there was no moon out, it was a clear night, so I took myself off to the end of the small settlement that we were staying in that had grown up along the road that lead too/from Yellowstone entrance. I set up in the dark on the side of the road a little way out of the town to get away from what little light pollution there was, & I started shooting nightscapes. It then crossed my mind, as I was in this dark spot, all alone, in the quiet, that there were many bears in the area. Being a Brit, unacustomed to bears, it did freak me out a bit. oh & wolves!!
