Why the dislikes? He is an incredible fashion designer who is capable of hand stitching in miniature scale, an amazing painter and makeup artist. Highly skilled artists with great dexterity. Even I would want that doll.

My mum learnt as a young mother and stitched our clothes ..but she never encouraged that skill...tailoring wasn't even considered a profession(such was the thinking when only doctor, lawyer, engineer was)🤪

Very beautiful such small details some pieces are to tiny even to hold let alone stitch and with a full size machine on some parts and the colors & designs are so fashionable & complimentary you are truly talented I love baby iron perfect size for your work
At 2:48 it looks like it doesn't have a lining (yet?). I guess adding some lining can make the dress a bit bulky for a doll that size and it might ruined the desired look and fit. Idk. But yeah lining will make the dress more couture and well made.
Sequins? You meant the lace he put on the bodice of the gown? or the bead he adorned the lace with after sewing it on? The reason he did that is for precision. Sometimes we have error of about 0.5-1.5 millimeter shift when we sew lace/pattern that we want to end up exactly where we had in mind. In human clothes, that's fine, because it's insignificant, but this is for a doll, and it's not sequin-covers-all. it's lace made with needle tatting (If I'm not mistaken) and he wants it to sit exactly on center. Having even slightly off-center error will make it hard for our brain to apply auto-symmetry and make it look the best it can be. I agree that nothing is perfect, but he wants it look it's best, so that's the reason behind that decision he made.

Maybe u should sew your sequins onto the dress before the lining ? It will looks good when your dress turn inside out ! just a suggestion ...
