Skillz, the only reason the manager job is at risk in all your career mode is because of "players being unhappy" from not playing or asking for new wage and def for not hitting the objectives specially the one with the critical one. Hence the rating goes low or even get you fired. But it always happens like that when you sim from month to month and not play the game actually
